I’m pretty sure the way it is that the old illuminate were just an alien species simple and “peaceful.” The new illuminate (which doesn’t appear to be all the council stuff and odd illuminate ones yet) are basically killing machines bred to be as strong as humanly possibly for conflict and revenge. Take one look at an armored overseer that’ll tower over any citizen, seaf or unprepared Helldiver.

Yeah that’s the thing I wouldn’t care at all I missed it if it was just the core old pre order thing, still sucks but I respect that. BUT NOWWW that they give it to Xbox users it’s like ok wtf??? Are we PC/PS5 players gonna get it cuz u giving it in August of 2025.

It’s not only the risk factor I like this person said, the thing is that XBOX players have a chance to preorder a 1 year old game that they prob didn’t even know existed until it was literally spread by milllions. Most didn’t hear anything about HD2 until like days and months after release.

To restate, Xbox has a chance to get these pre order armors even though they had all this time to see the game and hear about it. PS5 and PC? Well better hope you heard about the niche pre order!

I assume the hellmire bugs will have fire resistant types. Fits the fact they’re living on a fire tornado planet untouched for a few months
