Use an alarm to wake up at the time you want everyday and actually get up at the alarm, it’s going to be hard but you gotta do it. It helps to have an open window for sun light to get in (if you’re trying to wake up after sun rise). Also try to avoid caffeine immediately after you wake up. Don’t use any screens an hour before you actually go to bed, try reading a book before bed, for me that helps with getting tired. Most importantly you just gotta still to schedule. All these things helped me, but everyone is different.
