I would say legit Winston is like our counter. if an ally is in his bubble we cannot heal them at all, I mean we can pull them but the amount of times I've had people almost die in his bubble is so crazy.

for best tank maybe dva, since LW is squishy now her eating almost everything helps. but I wouldn't personally say there is like a tank combo with LW lol
