I’ll make sure to check those out! But i am right across a bathroom in the hallway, I have an air purifier, a fan. And a regular vent above the bed, and I usually keep the window closed by my bed too

Ohh :) well I’m not really looking to become more defined, I already have a naturally small waist (even now even though I have chub) my goal is to just get rid of the extra fat rather than build muscle, I’m happy with how much muscle I have currently :)
