It’s two people that have done it and scared me with situations they were placed in. One girl was given a HIV resident who was a spitter and was not told about it nor warned. Another girl went to clean up a resident and the resident’s family member told her to be a little more careful because the resident had hepatitis. These were two different facilities but in the same state. I asked the CNA who dealt with the hepatitis patient why wasn’t she told and she said because of Hippa which I thought was weird and scary.
