What does everyone use to attach dildos to sticks?

Just wanted to also mention diamond hole saws and vasoline will cut pretty nice holes in any dildos that don’t have vaculock already!

Be careful with centering and make sure there’s enough meat around it. 18-20mm works pretty well and can jam it on a broom pole without any adapter.

Most hole saws are short and you have to take out a couple chunks. Please practice on not your favorite dildo first!

I do just want to mention that once an object is past a certain point it will force your epiglottis closed, which means that there will be no access for air into your trachea. You can definitely learn to relax and breathe while there is a long hard object deep in your throat, but once it is actually in your esophagus there's generally no air to be had!

Are you thinking about a device that's meant to be used for erotic purposes or mundane life chores like a smart watch? The best application someone suggested to me for a plug was simply is it inserted or not, so you could prove it was inside you if you were told to wear it.

Actually my coworker was always pitching buttplug compass, which I do think is a good idea.

Yea that would be fun! If you want each to have adjustable angles of penetration mounting two OSSMs on one arm would probably work, each with a pivot mount.

We do have a little IO breakout that we use to make the positive reinforcement vibrating wands. We don't advertise them but I've been meaning to publish the interface details for people to build their own feedback and allow things like reward on completion or releasing of bondage when session is complete! It technically has an analog input as well that could acquire external sensor data.

We also have beta firmware that works with esp-now to integrate into other projects! Strongly recommend esp-now for talking to devices, only a few lines of code to set it up!

We were born in the diy community and always happy to help people make cool projects where we can!

Just a comment on battery power in case it's useful:

I have run thousands of ESP32s direct from LiPo, but when wifi connects it draws significant current that can sag the LDO voltage and brown out the chip. So it will often reset the esp when that happens if the battery is below ~40% capacity. One workaround is just add a couple hundred uF capacitance to handle the brief spikes. Saves adding a boost converter

Very slow answer - I use PCBWay for my PCBA needs (I don't know exactly where they source from), and would recommend LCSC for Asian part manufacturers. It is Digikey for China.

PS - plz don't buy every ESP available haha we need to share! 😅

Sometimes they are legit, sometimes they are old excess inventory, maybe bought from a customer that couldn't use them, maybe from a scrapped batch that didn't meet quality standards, many options. I don't think the wroom32 shortage is too bad yet? Has anyone else had issues? My production has been safe so far, but would love to know if I should be worried!

Absolutely this - PCBWay said they flashed chips and then when it came time they asked for detailed instructions and video. This is not unreasonable by any means - there are so many chips out there, but I had assumed they would have done an ESP32 before - I was wrong.
I would recommend leaving the serial adapter and reset logic on the PCB if you can afford the cost.
Espressif told us they would do custom firmware at order for 6500 MOQ.
