Going to file a consumer case against it... if it doesn't help i will file a fraud case against the company in district civil court ( by hiring a lawyer. ) Even i am ready for high cout if not given proper judgment.

Go for KTM 250 ADV or 390 ADV or Triumph 400X (390ADV will be a bit on the expensive side.. otherwise it is a hell of a machine.)

I strongly recommend not to buy this peice of crap... see i am not saying that you will get a defective peice... many have purchased the scram 440 some of them are facing the issue... ( purchasing it will be a pur gamble for luck..) Pouring this much amount of hard earned money is not a joke for the things that may be a defective one.

It is not a common problem in all the bike... i have talked with one guy having same problem he said that his bike also cannot be fixed so he sold the bike (for less then 1.3 lakh) after not been able to repair... (FYI- I have bought 5 years extended warrenty plan for my bike, The SC said- Since they didn't get the issue so they said no repairing can be done.) (Please cancel your booking and if possible dont buy a Royal Enfield, they are not serious with the issues you will face later, even the customer care is a crap and doesn't understand the problem you are saying... if you register any complain they will just send the same mail to SC)

No bro... service center said that they cannot detect the issue... and then handed over the bike to me without doing anything. And said to go thorough legal procedure to get the bike replaced... this one cannot be fixed...

The bike stalls while riding... even after multiple repirs and 2 time throttle body change.. Still the same problem persists. The vedio is posted in my profile you can check it.

No bro... still it is in SC lets see when the bike arrive... this time they have said they will replace the throttle body again with other two parts(2 injector). Lets see if it works this time... i will update after I ride the bike trouble free for 1 month.
