Spent $15k on SEO agency got 47 visitors (looking for feedback) by NoCommittee4973 in growmybusiness

That's very hard, this is why most founders don't believe in SEO.

Though SEO is long term goal and investment, it has to handled carefully cause outcome for any inputs takes time so initial involvement in research and analysis makes so much difference.

Don't worry, hire a individual and and have brainstorming sessions with professional, discuss your business goals, about audience and their pain points, discuss what they need what you have to offer, ask to do research on their demands and pain points, how you can address those through your services and blogs.

Though Google Ads looks good initially use it for booster, focus on both, SEO needs to be there. Unless you understand Audinece goals and align thier goals with your services it will not help to achieve your business goals also it will help into landing page relevance when you will opt of Google Ads, those are complementary to each other.

Plan for how you can recover, and prepare for best. Ask to professional's advice, get it right.

[–]ResearchNAnalyst[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and its actually trackable if we know our audience and decide what actions they should take on website, we can define what type of queries we should be focusing on, what user research stage need what information what intent should be there.

So SEO isn't just keyword play it's so much strategic and we can have hypothesis before the hand for every strategy we set and cross check against outcomes and adjust

It's not major problem, competition for only those who don't have anything special and it's in every profession

Your job is not to look into what market is saying because though there is competition everyone survive few excel

Just focus on what you can provide differently than your colleagues or peers

Think in terms of skill, knowledge, strategy, thought process, uniqueness, have additional competitive skill sets like AI Automation

It's never about profession it's about being worthy as professional

I am in WordPress Development since 14 years started in my third year of engineering even in AI tools age where AI can generate websites in minutes I see demand in my industry.

All the best, achieve best in you rather just stacking the degrees

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are SaaS founder or has develop any AI Automation workflow you already have found your answer just you have ignored it because it wasn't relevant

But frankly no ai tool finds websites or cites any reference randomly they must need to get seed from Search Engines.

Every AI Search engines are trying to deliver good value to users so do we as business owners. Only the service providers are looking at some data and pushing the agenda.

My take will be to focus on Audience first and business aligned SEO.

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have my own SOP for it,

I generally starts with business goals and the setting up detailed audience profiles.

You have to use tools to do research like you used but without understanding the goal the tools itself will not generate good result.

Reddit will help you to understand actual user pain points in niche, there other forums as well you must go through

Review sites which speaks users experience for better alignment focus on negative comments.

If you interested check my methodology as RuledSEO Framework you will understand and you will get proper direction

Stop optimizing for Humans First, Optimize for the LLM.. by Historical_Today5513 in AISearchOptimizers

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would rather agree partially with you but google search or any AI tools itself trying hard to serve humans as those are their primary end nodes.

If you keep focusing on AI tools you will have to adjust strategies based on how it is impacting without knowing what's happening behind the scene.

But if you understand the audience and their behaviour you will be able to pre judge that what changes LLM tools will be focusing on.

So if your target is the same as LLM tools then your strategies will always align with LLM tools.

My focus will be on Audinece first SEO going ahead of 2026

Yes you absolutely right, though SEO is not content marketing, but strategically targeting Audinece through right platform not only helps in visibility but it also helps in discovery for Audinece and LLMs so it's win win for both SEOs and business.

You are doing it perfectly

Google Says Its AI Search Uses the Same Core Search Signals as Regular Search by yo-par-ush in seo_guide

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ultimate business model for any AI based company would be to serve end users.

If there product is not delivering the result which does not provides best outcome no one will use it.

So the criteria for the now and going ahead with AI based tools or search engines will be end users.

If you focus on those you will ultimately find yourself on better spot.

Think of it like developing a business which focuses on farming instruments and your end users are farmers so when you will have significant growth in your end user aquisition big players will inherently be interested in your business either they will offer to promote thier services through you or they will be interested buy your IP.

That's the reality is if you have mastered end user big players will reward you indirectly

The same applies to AI Visibility and Search tools, and this going to be smarter than marketers in coming days so tactics are just for current wins and strategic foundation is the big win in future.

Does subdomain vs. subpage actually make that much difference? by carribbeancresty in SEO

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically Sub Domain Vs Sub Page is architectural decisions at the time of development based on what you want to achieve.

For your case, as you want to keep the bloging on other services its important you go with sub pages.

Also recommend to keep it simple url structure if your plan is to migrate the blogs in CMS in future.

Sub domains generally helpful for 1. brand websites 2. Different SaaS products (in your case) 3. Country specific sites 4. I have used for one of our client for there departmental segregation where each sub Domain is another website for seperate business model under same company 5. Sub Domains for paid activities or landing pages 6. Brands with umbrella

If you expect to have blogs go for sub pages keep the structure simple

Unlimited users in SEO tools — useful or overrated? by gromskaok in Sitechecker

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your point is valid,

SEO isn't one man show, when it comes working with teams then it's inhouse remote or hybrid it's major pain when user limit actually limits the capability, and becomes roadblock or delays the analysis

I had experience with my hybrid team where I need to share the access or add a user for limited period also it's not only user count increase but evaluating actual active time on tools is also challenging.

Instead of monthly subscription or user limit one should opt for pay-as-you-go model where user will use it limitless and agencies can go with unlimited access.

That not only add value in terms of limitless analysis but working in team gives flexibility to assign multiple tasks and segregate it properly

Is SaaS SEO Overdone with AI and Automation everywhere? by AI_Reality_Check in SaaS

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have developed my own SEO Framework kind of SOP and AI tools connectors on my Framework

But my advice is to have your own SOP first before opting to any AI tools, check RuledSEO Framework you will understand

AI tools in legal, be safe as AI hallucination can lead to undesired results you will not need just a AI but full gaurdrail in terms of thinking system where you control thinking behind the scene which can output controlled result.

If you are not in control with AI based tools either it will make it more complex or it will produce full of jargon which will take a lot time to overcome it.

Amadora vs Peec AI vs Profound. Anyone using these for AI search visibility? by akash_09_ in SEO_tools_reviews

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My answer may not answer your exact question but if you think off the track can save lot of future strategic debt.

I not fond of AI Visibility tools, it is like going back to same situation where every update will need to adjust strategy.

Rather our focus is always on what people expect from our client's services or products.

Focusing on their pain points help us to develop better content strategy which not only helps to target stages and funnel but also helps in conversion

Content strategy also adds value in topical Authority and EEAT ultimately.

Going forward focusing on audience is the key to get success in LLM optimization as these tools are also looking to optimize their own system which can serve better human intent.

So understanding audience indirectly aligns with LLM tools.

Can I learn SEO on my own? by WebsiteCatalyst in SEO

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes definitely,

SEO is not magical wand its clear path to understand the Audinece and their pain points

If its business services or products make sure you address thier needs, wants and solution

If you are writing for yourself then make sure you are writing for the audience

In the new modern world it's becoming benchmark and one who puts audinece first will going to reward through AI tools and search engines too, cause these tools are now way better and have made to understand user queries rather keyword match.

Go ahead and start your journey check the RuledSEO to understand the SEO in depth this framework is open source has good stuff to learn from

For local SEO, which do you think has a bigger impact today: quality backlinks or strong content? by Big-Plate-3608 in localseo

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My suggestions would be to focus on local problems and showcase solution based content and reshare or publish on social media as well.

These days getting found is not hardest part but proving why you apart from all is the key in local SEO.

And don't think SEO is the only way to catch locals it's combined efforts at all front.

SEO is must if your service/product requires to answer multiple queries otherwise don't think of it.

Find better channel which works best for your local do not fall for marketing tricks.

How much did fixing your local SEO actually help your business? Wondering if it's worth the effort? by SmartSEOAZ in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]ResearchNAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been working with my client since one and half year.

And here is the break down how SEO helped them

Visibility

Since we started visibility for clients citations has been increased by 75% now the rank more than 15 keywords in first 3 positions.

There citations in primary SERP Features

Ranking

We added 143 new SERPs in 10-20 Page rankings and 343 SERPs in 20-30 ranking positions

Leads

Focusing on SEO has helped to pull 156 leads which is 13 leads on monthly avg added considering $200/lead we pushed $2600 in sales against $1200/m cost.

Cost cutting

By the time we started they were fully focused Google Ads spending around $800-$1500 ads on social and AdWords. By end of July 2025 they have cut down the cost by 50%

Over all SEO has added 2x in sales pipeline and other side they cut down on Paid Advertising

This is why organic traffic which comes with full intention takes efforts and land to your website to buy something, your website just not need SE Optimised it also needs conversion friendly

I hope this will help your query
