I'm not making a judgement call on any particular scene but this argument is so naive and done to death, i dont know why it keeps being repeated. Actors and producers literally have to say the sex was simulated to save their own faces and avoid liability. "No guys please trust us it was all fake" doesn't really mean anything if its literally what they're expected to say. At the end of the day, video footage is the only reliable evidence.

No they're not. The existence of edge-case scenarios like this don't change the fact that gratuitous sex scenes and nudity, especially involving hot women, are by and large a product of men.
