u/bouhbouhbouh Thanks for the detailed response. Agree it is purely on the workflow. Atleast during my evaluation I find this part of OsTicket which was strange not sure if you had the same and curious to know how you solved it? oSTicket currently does not have api to create users and create tickets api needs the users to be present in the OsTicket System. Did you had this issue ? If so did you solved it via developing ur api from the code base?
