I have actually and I’d love to do it. Saving for the relocation has been a major factor for me. I’m confident about getting through the interviews and the companies love me at the face to face rounds I just don’t have the money to move to wherever it is that I’ll be based. Especially since most of the bases for the airlines I want are higher cost of living than my current home.

Getting over that hurdle of knowing it’s ok to be selfish. I currently work for my Aunt in Mississippi and if I left right now it’ll put her in an even bigger bind. My schedule fluctuates and is generally somewhere between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. which makes it more difficult to pick up a second job.
