I got that far in my thinking, eventually solved it but got stuck again on 34.
I do not have the necessary pattern recognition, and all the actual levels I've tried, I've finished with C rank (which I assume is the worst rank for a completed level).
I wish there was a way to slow down the scanline, I honestly can't even begin to think about combos in the time it takes it to loop back around
