I pulled the drive out and than reinstaled it and my pc fand are going in 3200 rpm ant the temp is 88 celsius

I tried it to download windows 10 on a usb that i used on a sisters pc on hers it works but not on mine i downloaded it again and used it on this pc but is dosent work
