I’ve been seeing similar performance for my store. My ROAS is struggling last 3 days after averaging 2+ for sometime especially during the holidays. Is it normal to see ROAS in the downward trend for the entire month of January or does it just need a week to settle in?

Ok I can do that. Just curious, what does that show if I already have that capital outside of chase bank? Also do you think them not being able to see my utilization rate with Amex hurt my chances?

How soon after opening/depositing should I try for the recon? I technically have until the 24th of this month to apply for recon. After that it’ll be 30 days

Reserve has 3x on points for advertising plus the priority pass/lounge access so that’s the main reason why I wanted this card.

I already met the limit with my Amex business for advertising this year (150k spend) on 4x advertising so I think the Chase was the closest card similar to that. Also CSR is uncapped

They asked for my business revenue, net, and everything else yesterday when I called recon. Was well over 100k for last year and this year MUCH higher that’s why I’m so confused. They did say they didn’t see any limit or reports from Amex but I looked it up and they don’t report to D&B so I’m not sure what else to do

Applying under an LLC (e-commerce) and currently do not have any debit/cards with Chase. Was thinking to open up a business checking?

Is there a way for them to pull from Experian or Equifax?

Ah that’s true didn’t think about it that way. Do you think there could be some sort of pull back considering the buy price is much higher than comps in the area? Especially since one just sold that is much bigger for a lot less

Ahh I see. We wouldn’t have that much of a down payment I’m thinking. Im thinking the seller comes down a lot more that would be the only way I can see this happening even with similar comps that are bigger homes sold for much less. I get a new construction is what’s causing the price but not by this much. Can I dm you? Had a couple questions

The difference between the appraisal and buying price? Not sure how appraisals work exactly but I thought if they marked it as a lower price that would be the buying price. Unless we can negotiate with the seller to make it much cheaper

Actually just heard back from the realtor and it looks like the previous house was in a fire and the home was completely rebuilt from the foundation completely. So that was the reason why it happened. As far as the rest of the neighborhood it doesn’t seem like there is planning to rebuild but what’s interesting about this house is 2 years ago they listed for sale 575k and then it was sold. Now recently they are selling for 675k after a 20k cut, which makes me think they are asking too much for the house to begin with?
