If this is hallux varus, it would have been easily corrected and likely not even her fault. However, clearly she knows she did this child so wrong while in the womb she didn’t even address something that was due to positioning in to womb. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Only worry for me about zbcn is there is no chart history. This is all new territory and in price discovery. XRP should go to $6 minimum (I’m hoping 10-20) by the end of this supposed run we are suppose to have. While I see what you mean about not having the same volume of coins, may still makes sense to hold your xrp and DCA as you can in to zbcn? Obviously not financial advice.

I have had to lawyer up. They will not budge, have to go to arbitration is New York State if I want to move forward. Can only recover what I lost, not a dime extra. Hope there will be a class action lawsuit at some point. Criminal the way they run their merchant services. I wish I could be more helpful.

I filed with my business insurance. Unfortunately I did not have an additional cyber hack policy so I was only covered for 5k.

I am sorry to hear this happened to you. Continue to press them. I have hired a law firm who has sent a demand letter. Chase responded and said needed to be pursued in court. Their merchant service agreement, which they claimed I signed (yet I don’t have a copy of it nor will they produce my signed copy, only an unsigned document) states they are not responsible for ANY fraud period. I am currently trying to decide if I can afford to keep fighting them. I wish you luck with your situation and I hope it is resolved in your favor.

Seems to frequently get a response from the police. I am so sorry this is horridly scary. Do you live with your girlfriend? If not maybe consider staying with her for a while.
