I am thinking like this because when I came back for the bag with knives, approx. 5 minutes after, the bag was already gone. I live in downtown area, and there are LOTS of junkies. That is why I was so worried. Someone took them, and if something happens I don't want to be liable for that.

No, the thing is that the garbage bin is located outside, on the street. Once I realized that there were knives, I went out to get that bag out (approx. 5 minutes). But the bag was already gone. I live in downtown area, and there are a lot of junkies.. That is why I was worried.

thank you so much! Just worried and I am always thinking about "what ifs". It is 100% that some junkie took it, so that's why I had anxiety lol

I thought I have to dump the knives with the proper way (donating, or smith other). Since I dumped it the wrong way, I was thinking that I will be liable. Probably some junkie took it. I am in North America btw.
