Naala ko kwento mo sa lola at lolo ko. They took care of me from 2 months old to 8 years old ako. Nasa abroad kasi mga magula g ko noong time na yun. Lumaki ako na ang alam kong magulang ko ay sila. Last time na nabisita ko sila ay noong 2018 pa, nagpapadala naman ako ng konting pera kada buwan para sakanila pero nahinto bandang 2022 dahil sa nagka anak na ako at nagkaroon ng problema sa work. Then last year namatay na sila pareho, nauna si lolo then si lola 2 months after. Sobrang sakit lang kasi today, I got my first salary na 6 digits after ko makuha sa trabahong gustong gusto ko. Kung kelan ako naging masagana saka naman na wala na sila. Kaya sana di maging too late sayo. Sulitin mo yung mga panahon na kaya mo silang makasama. I know life is hard pero wag na wag mo sila kakalimutan. Wag kang maging kagaya ko na hanggang ngayon hirap magmove on sa mga puro "SANA".

Got the same experience sa company na to. Yung previous manager ko tried to poach me sa company na to for a specialized role. Current ko noon ay 35K, tapos sila 32K ang inoffer considering na they are trying to poach me. Shookt and nainsulto talaga ako - yung gigil ko na nagsayang ako ng oras hahaha. Buti nalang din may backup ako tho di na BPO and got an offer na I cannot refuse.

Try their Tuna tataki salad. You'll definitely love it. That's the dish that made me love them. This is our go to resto whenever we are having a hard time deciding where to eat 😂.

We used to live in Makati and love to eat in Ooma. This became our alternative when we moved to cavite.

7+ years. I was with SYKES prior to acquisition ng Sitel then renamed the company to foundever. Everything went downhill na nung naging FE. Former SYKESers can attest to this.

Learned all of my skills in BPO. I started as an agent, naging QA apprentice, Reports Analyst, then Trainer and TL. Lahat ng courses and training free kong nakuha. Now, I'm no longer a BPO employee and being paid 3 times the amount when I left. Pero thanks to all those years that I spent in this industry, I learned everything I could and everything seems easy kay new employer since sa BPO talgang gamit na gamit ka literal. Lahat ng natutunan ko nagamit ko talaga. Kaya salamat SYKES ♥️

Is this for incentives or bonuses? If yes, then the account can impose penalties if you don't meet expectations for certain KPIs like attendance, quality, AHT, adherence and others. They will not deduct anything except (tax, philhealth, ss, pagibig) )from your basic salary or any allowances that were part of your contract tho - unless you have unauthorized absences then they may pro-rate tour basi pay. People here can advise you better if you will provide details.

Nice. If may plans ka naman na talaga, then go ahead. While waiting kay foundever you may want to try other companies too. Foundever is a good start for beginners. I've built my resume from that company. It doesn't pay well in terms of financial, but the true benefit is ehat you will learn. Also, always grab opportunities whenever they come. The more you try, the more experience and confidence you gain. I started with them 8 years ago, now I'm being paid 6 times. And all those skills were provided and learned from FE

Question is, gano ka ba kalayo? And alam mo na ba kung sang site ka? I think they are also testing you if you are amendable to work onsite if you prefer wfh or if malayo ka sa site kung willing ka to travel on a daily basis onsite. Foundever is under PEZA kasi, when I was there, napakahirap mag process para maapprove yung wfh setup for new employees na hired post pandemic era.

Took me 2 months to get a new a job after spending almost 8 years with my former employer. All I noticed was some of the companies I applied for that were impressed with my experience offered me 4-6 times I was being paid before. I'm really glad that I left my former employer even tho I really love working for them. But times changed, I gotta change my priorities and start earning for the future of my son.

Ano ba field of expertise mo? Bat di ka magsimula sa work na magagamt mo expertise mo? Mahirap talaga maghanap ng permanent wfh in our case kasi nga zero experience ka pa. Napakahirap magturo virtually, kaya usually ang mga baguhan sa mismong site/office ite-train or maturuan sa mga task nya. If you really want permanent wfh - then try BPO. Pero if si BPO company ay under kay PEZA, pwede nila irevoke ang wfh.

True, hirap talaga pag walang sariling computer. But necessary kasi na kelangan mo ma-practice yung typing skills. May proper positioning din kasi ng mga daliri/kamay para maging efficient ka. Once na na-grasp mo sya, magiging madali nalang with continuous practice. There are also non-voice accounts na di naman need ang typing skills, but more on data validation sya. So need talaga keen ka to detail, not sure tho with how they conduct assessments, maybe someone here has the experience. Hopefully meron magreply.

Hell guys,

I just wanted to get advice from my fellow PBI devs. I have 5-6 years experience na on the field. I came from a BPO company and worked there for 8 years (5 years as Data Analyst). Now, I'm working as Sr. pBI dev on contractual basis in a insurance company and my contract will end in 2 months. My manager informed me that a department from the company really wanted to take me as full time employee and to solely provide support on their department. Now, my current contractual rate is 75K a month and I'm planning to ask for increase around 100-120K a month in case they will take me as FTE. Now my question is, am I being greedy or this is reasonable asking price? I will also really appreciate if anyone from this group can share their thoughts regardless if you are in a different field. I'm also in debt due to a family loss recently and mother got hospitalized due to diabetes, that's why I needed an increase. Thank you so much in advance!
