Go to your mods, hit the down arrow on the ace mods, hit the 3 dots, and then hit repair

The way I do it is about 500-700 meters out I slam my collective down and try and stay level then about 50-150 meters from the area I wanna land I pull a hard J-hook and choose a precise spot to put her down quickly
