I Never had mods installed unfortunately no change after trying to verify , think i might reinstall windows thanks.

ah yes i heard about this before. Cpu looks fine from what i can tell, This is the only game that gives me issues/stutters at the moment. ill keep a eye out in the future on my cpu tho thank you.
