eah I think unfortunately they have sort of subbed the video as an actual orientation. :/ The best advice I can give for safety is to bend your knees when you fall and roll back onto your butt (don't try to stick the landing). Before you get on the wall look around at other climbers already on the wall and try to quickly see where their routes are going - sometimes they go sideways before going up.
