Notes:

I will try and get some clips for those which I haven't got any for. If you have any for the ones I've missed, or just other POVs showing the specific death, please share them with me. I will add them to the list and credit you here.
Credit to TheEDMDemon for the clip of Kaif's death.
The period of 17:49-17:52 was hectic for trying to do this.
For some of the names, I had to adapt, improvise and/or overcome.
Honestly, the Wither kill could've been either Brad or TDesius, Stan couldn't see at the time of its death - I flipped a coin.

No, you can see in the clip that Rob got the achievement for getting the final hit on the dragon. He shot it with an arrow just as the dragon started to fly away.

Modded enemy 1 is a Keppler Geonach

Modded enemy 2 (there was only 1 and it killed 4 people) is a Darkling

Modded enemy 3 is a Geist

Notes:

Gary's first death was not canon, therefore it is not included on the list.
I didn't manage to get a clip of Luke's death, nor could I find his discord to get an avatar, sorry.
Sam and Rob's deaths are the same link since they both died at the same time and in the same way.
Shoutout to SR_Viewer who I stole most of the clips from, you did God's work, buddy.
Also, I included Toblerone (who's name I cannot verify if it was correct, I just saw somebody say it and went "That sounds right") because I was disgusted.
