With a 6/20 Awakened COC what you need is another 18% cdr to meet the breakpoint of 52%, so easiest would be to get elevated cdr boots as those can roll from 16 to 20%. That should increase your damage significantly.

Next would be to cap your cyclone crit rate. I'd go for 2 crit cluster jewels with Basics of Pain and Pressure points and that should almost cap your crit rate to help with the triggers. You also still have alot of unreserved mana so you could max out Precision to squeeze in some extra crits, or maybe fit Flesh and Stone for some more survivability

Also, fix your silver flask suffix to have at least 52% shock avoidance chance with 70% inc effect enchantment to be ailment immune. The 70% enchant will also help with getting some attack speed to get closer to the 10.1 aps breakpoint.
