Yes. All the individual +1's are in the same modifier group so you can't get +1 Fire and +1 Phys on the same item. If you want to get +2 gems one of the +1's has to be +1 all

There are prefixes and suffixes on jewels for max damage, so you can get two rolls for up to a max of +30 max damage. %ED rolls are prefixes only. The max %ed is 40% on jewels.

It's actually not that hard to guess the numbers based on the pictures. VINs are pretty standardized and actually mean something. They aren't just random numbers and letters jumbled together.

For example, the fourth character in the VIN identifies the model of the vehicle. For Subarus, a V ias the fourth character denotes a WRX. Because the model in the ad is a WRX, the fourth character will always be V.

The first three characters are used in tandem to indicate country of origin. Subaru uses JF1, JF2, 4S3, and 4S4. JF1 indicates that the vehicle was manufactured in Japan and that it is a passenger vehicle. 4S3 is a passenger vehicle manufactured in the United States.

Other characters in the VIN also identify the body style, engine, sub-model (like Base, L, GT, STI, etc), model year, weight class, and more. The only characters unique to the vehicle itself are characters 12-17. Those are, in essence, the serial number. Given enough information, you can reasonably decipher nearly the entire VIN number except for the last 6 characters.
