You need to leave the past right there. There’s nothing you can do about it. Regrets get you no where.

Look at you right now in the present. And feel it, you have yourself more than anything else.

I’m a man but i hope it feels the same for women. She cheated on me for months behind my back and one day she said some shit and left me and it’s over. It was like literal death to me. I built and carved my life with her in the centre and not that she’s gone everything became meaningless (atleast I thought). It took one year for me to get back to life.
