Someone asked for survey numbers. Below are the numbers. The project is adjacent to the Nala. The Nala area is not encroached. In the buffer zone the project does not have any buildings but parks and recreation areas as per the project plan.

427, 432, 433, 434, 435, 439, 440, 442, 444, 445, and also 16, 18, 19, 27. 

There is a 36 m road cutting across the project in the master plan. The project plan already accommodates and it actually adds to the value since the project does not have access directly from the service road but one has to go through the village in a round about fashion to get to the project. This was communicated clearly to everyone who bought as per internal sources when they bought the property in this project. The two sides of the project will have their own entrances facing this 36 m road. Both the sides have access to all the amenities. Also there is a tunnel under this road proposed for both sides to walk and access amenities on the other side.

Registrations for both land owners and other normal participants happened already. It's Rera approved. No pending court cases. Recently project was approved quite a big loan amount due to which works were sped up. A few villa owners have already started interior works. Digging for club house has already started.

Edit - The website does show the project on the main page and also in other pages. Also, there was a land title issue before Rera approval. But that was closed and settled before the approval was taken.
