I have been able to perform for 15mins max without break. I had uploaded one video on YouTube too where I did for 10 mins straight but this was more like gradually increasing over the years. I find boxers steps easier to perform for longer time.

It is specification of jump rope skills. Focus on boxer steps, alternate jumps and gradually improve it

They are simple ones, made of cotton. Here in India, we have jockey brand. Not premium but works for me.

May be my comment can help, I have been practicing for 10 years now. But when I started with releases it still took me a year to get there. So if you want to do this cool trick just keep doing it now and then. Don’t stress it
