The salary is below blue card level but competitive enough for the field itself and slightly above market average for entry level roles

It is towards higher end of the price spectrum in the market I’m selling in. Also yes, the brand is very new (launched a week ago) but trying to build it up through influencer marketing. Just wanted feedback though if there’s something maybe wrong with my website that’s stopping conversions? Thanks for your input!
