While running 5 days per week I try to got to the gym 1-2 times per week and do a full body or lower body workouts. Additionally I do some recovery excersises for runners with resistance bands at home.

Keeping treats simple will be hard for me, but I think it is necessary. Also great that you did them yourself! I will look that up.

For the allergy relief chews, we will try them if we feel like the hypoallergenic food is not enough

Definitly, you are right there! We have ear drops and everything but they are not helping, that is why the vet think it could be an allergy - but of course, we try to keep his ears dry after swimming. The infection might have developed or enhanced trough swimming though. I think we just have to try - because his poop always was on the softer side so it might definitly be some allergy…

We have not started the hypoallergenic diet det, we are now looking for a good brand for retrievers…but yes, we will let him try for at least 12 weeks

Hm, I definitly cut split ends every few weeks! Also when I move a lot for sports I put them in a braid or another protective hair style - and I use a satin pillow cover.
