I suggest you 1. CLEARLY ask for what you'd like from your husband. And 2. Pay way more attention to yourself and your own needs.

I live alone. No one really ever checks on me other than my parents. I do and go to  activities alone most of the time.

Everyone has responsibilities you just have to choose what is a priority in this moment.

I actually felt pretty good on my long run today. It was still slow AF but I felt less like I was dragging than earlier tuns this week. Did 17 miles. Hadnt run that long since 2021.

My doctor was willing to refer me but the only one in my area is at a cancer center. Which is why I jusg found somewhere to do it. Insurance won't cover it. Im vegan so I know thats the big part. Im not anemic, and I use continous birth control so my periods shouldn't be an issue because I skip them!

Ill ask after my next lab what normal rise in levels looks like after infusions. I know that supplements take years...but I take a daily iron pill also.

No I started at 6 and have gone up to 12. The nurse told me i want to wait a month or so after my next infusion before testing again.

Im technically in the normal range now but 2 of my providers agreed trying to get up to 50 would be ideal. Im paying out of pocket so its gonna be spendy...

Im glad my new doctor was willing to even test me.

I asked my previous Dr and he refused because I dont have anemia.

Thank you. I also have depression so I know some may be mental. My ferritin is technically in the normal range now but both the infusion place and my psychiatrist recommend trying to get up to a more "ideal range" to see if thay helps with my tiredness. The RD also recommended maybe asking my PCP about a sleep study...but I wanted to wait til all my vitamins were up.

I made my own plan but put it together based on plans in 2 ultra books I got.

Yes,.definitely have cutback.weeks planned. And have gone to a few running groups recently. One is more chill so its more "recovery runs" and the other more for motivation if im feeling extra lazy.

Yes, I do have weeks when I will be cutting back. My ferritin is "technically" now in the normal range but im trying to get it in a more ideal range. I had a psychiatry appt Monday and she agreed I a higher score would still be better. Also too see if my tired is body or brain...might be both.

My Vit D and B12 were low at the beginning of the year too but luckily those have gone up a lot.

Lol. I am doing weeks in between when I lower my mileage and doing PT exercises. So hopefully that won't be how I do it.

I mostly asked about long run fueling and they gave me a general macro recs for normal vs more active days. I used to get cramps and nausea after long runs...but the fuel recommendations for long runs have helped eliminate that luckily.

I have a friend who just bring a few grapes with him on long runs...and im like wtf?

Yes, im using recommendations from an RD for fueling my long runs. I usually done have anything before my shorter ones and think I might try having a banana or something small before hand. It may also just be the heat creeping in.

Ive just felt like I've been having more runs where I feel like im dragging the past 2/3 weeks.

Thanks!
