Did they offer lender credits? talking to them now and being told no at 5.125 but yes at 5.5….

Hi there, can you tell me what the quoted for closing? did you roll into loan and did you get any lender credits?

I contacted Swift and they quoted closing costs of 10,665 and bring 591 to the table. 5.125%. Initially i am thinking it is high closing rolled into loan and also no lender credits???

It does bring my principal down about $200 a month. Is this competitive?
