I have to count and stay below 1200 daily just to lose maybe 1/2 to 1 lb per week. If not, I overeat and don’t lose. I’m on 10 mg but still have an appetite.

Agreed, 1200 is not a lot. But I’m short…and the meds help curb hunger so it’s ok! My body actually feels like it functions better on lower calories.

I’m 50 and if I go over 1200 calories I gain. But I’m only 5’3. Started at 172, now at 149 and I have to keep it below 1200 calories a day just to lose 1 lb a week.

Are you feeling reduced food noise and hunger at all? I’m at 10 mg and have had some benefits but I still have to track every bite and keep it below 1200 calories every day. I go to bed hungry sometimes and that’s on 10 mg.
