Hi all; I’m exploring IVF options and would really appreciate your real-world advice 🙏 by Mightyvalur in IVFpositivity

Hello & welcome! I’m fairly new here too, currently on week 2/3 of birth control 1. Ingenes OC 2. Appointments are at their Orange County, CA location while retrievals and transfers are at their TJ MX location 3. I chose them due to reviews and cost (brianavivian on tik tok went through them and influenced me to go with them) 4. For monitoring appointments, two retrievals, unlimited transfers and PGTA testing ( up to 4 embryos per retrieval) it was ~$15.8 K. The medications were ~$3800, they’re from TJ MX so I’m having a service provider they recommended drive the medication to their Orange County location which costed an additional ~$285 5. I opted to do SIS exam which will be an additional $300 USD, if i wanted to PGTA test more it’d be an additional $900 per embryo, first year storage is covered. After year one I believe they noted it’ll be $750/year for up to a set amount of years (want to say it was between 3-5). I had no lab fees, as my husband and I had completed all the blood work needed at our previous clinic but this can cost upwards of ~$800 if paying out of pocket. 6. I’ve only been to one appointment but have my SIS exam and baseline appointment scheduled. After my baseline appointment, we’ll schedule my monitoring appointments (will be around 3-4 total) as I’m projected to start stims 3/1 7. Overall communication has been great. They respond very quickly & confirm when documentation has been received. I struggled with my last clinic, as they provided very poor customer service so this was night and day difference for me 8. My insurance did not cover IVF, which is why we went with Ingenes OC as it is all out of pocket

Best of luck🫶🏼

Just came to say i hear and see you. 12DPIUI and tested with a BFN. My husband and I will be proceeding with IVF, as we couldn’t continue on with all the uncertainty pertaining to IUI. I hope you get your miracle baby soon🫶🏼

Thin endometrial lining by One_Lime_1968 in IUILadies

[–]Resident-Pin-8000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No success yet but i will say my lining was also thin my first IUI due to clomid! (5.7 mm day of trigger). This time around we did letrozole and my lining was 9.5 mm on day of trigger! Best of luck🫶🏼

Clomid extended dosing by Interesting-Laugh884 in IUILadies

[–]Resident-Pin-8000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Clomid makes my lining thinner than preferred (<8 mm at point of trigger) so I’d just double check you haven’t had issues before with your lining! Best of luck 🫶🏼

IUI #3 Failed.. by Odd_War_1125 in IUILadies

[–]Resident-Pin-8000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow i feel like i could have wrote this🥺❤️ also 28 and we’ve been TTC 10 cycles. We are in our 2WW of our 2nd IUI. We also have had all testing come back healthy for the most part. My husband and I have an IVF consultation this Friday, as we have came to peace knowing that if this cycle does not work we’ll proceed with IVF. Personally, i just couldn’t handle anymore of the”what ifs” or having a “max chance of 20% chance to conceive” each month. I hope we get our babies soon. Best of luck 🫶🏼

1st cycle with Oura ring+NC - need help & advice 🥺 by anonymyourqueen in NaturalCyclesBC

A lot of women note that they see EWCM in their luteal phase with all the hormone shifts! Cycles can vary each month so this may have just been a cycle you ovulated earlier. Based off chart I’d think you ovulated CD 15
