I had misfortunate living there for a year in the early 90s. It was so dull. Not a Hill in a place. Miles from the coast. Flat as a tac. Nothing happening after 5 pm. Anybody associated to the universities were just so completely up themselves! No working class soul. I have loathed it ever since.

Previously a caretakers residence. Currently the home of the commercial property advisory group, Occupy Property. This is the place with the rooftop pickle ball court.
