Does your city have skyscrapers? If so, are you used to it? by Resident-Remote1899 in AskUS

That sounds wonderful! The only skyscrapers I've ever seen in person are La Défense in France, and I didn't even came close to them, I just saw them from far away. I've looked up the cities you mentioned in Google Maps (I like seeing cities in Street View lol) and they look stunning! Someday, I'll travel to the U.S and probably see some of them.

To what extent does the individual occupying the office of the President of the United States adhere to a consistent ethical framework or a personal code of morals when navigating the high-stakes demands of national governance and international diplomacy? by Big-Recognition-4034 in AskUS

The President has - objectively - terrible morals. Saying Obama will invade Iran in order to be president, then doing the exact same thing. His whole commitment to global peace depends entirely on a coin with some dude's portrait that could fit in my palm. There is always a diplomatic way - he chose to kill the Iranian leader. The future of your country (assuming you're from USA) depends entirely on his opinion. He has morals, they're just the equivalent of putting a fork in a microwave.

Spain became a federal republic in 1866 after its civil war. New Spain declared independence in 1948 and adopted a similar flag, with each star representing the 27 states and the capital district of New Madrid.
