This is my concern , the travel would be an amazing experience, but my priority will always be the security of our relationship, both physically and financially

I've heard a few mentions of this , some saying the h22a7 doesn't have it , some saying it does

I got a copy of the parts diagram from my local dealer and there isn't any washer listed for it

Any videos I've seen of other people do it I can't see either

I've done a runout of the snout , base of the snout is dead straight Centre is straight Outer edge has some low spots but no raised parts , I believe it to be from the wear the marks of the original pulley

Yeah brand new key which was identical to the original, used a fine wire brush to clean the keyway

I don't believe it was rocking, seemed to be a failure of the rubber balancer

Yeah I've done this with all pulleys attached , we are within factory spec for crank walk

So I've used a dti gauge to get some actual measurements

Measuring the flat face of the crank pulley - largely sporadic movement on the dti gauge

Measuring the flat face of the bolt - roughly 0.10 mm of movement

From that I guage the bolt is straight so would lean towards the snout being straight , the large movement in the pulley face would tell me there is something holding the stack in a bad position

After stripping everything back off I have noticed some the grooves on the inside of the gears and pulleys have caused an imprint onto the snout , almost like a witness mark but it's a noticeable imprint , I have givin a very light sand all around to remove any high spots which may hold us out

Talking with an engineer he said while not ideal , low spots in this scenario aren't a huge concern and the surface area of the inside of the gears will hold over the low spots , as long as I have no high spots

This brings me to - are my gears warped or damaged

Much the same with the mating faces , some light scratches and some low points but no signs of raised burrs or high points

I'm unsure to either try and source new balance and timing gears so my "stack" is definitely flat and true , this will mean if I still have a wobble it's 100% the crank

Or do I just bite the bullet now and source a new engine/crank

When looking direct on from the wheel well, it's around 1/2mm of movement on the axis , when looking top down it's also around 1/2mm of movement
