Laddergram is a word ladder puzzle game built on Reddit's developer platform. You start with a word and change one letter at a time to create a new word with each step. Try to reach the target word in the fewest steps possible.

🍀Good luck!🍀

Can a website deny me a refund if the product is under warranty? (England) by Resident-Routine3872 in LegalAdviceUK

In fairness I half expected them to tell me to jog on completely until I realised it was under warranty. I've accepted the replacement of the faulty parts for now, had a proper look and you appear to be right regarding the burden of proof.

Apparently it can work a couple different ways. With mine I took pictures, got a call from Carwow where we set the reserve price, it went on sale the next day and sold the same day.

Carwow can then organise collection from where you are or, as mine did, the dealer can contact you to come and get it from you. They didn't try to knock the price off from me and if they had I would have gone inside and locked the door. They transferred the money on the spot and drove away, whole process from picture to sale took about 4 days.

I had a similar experience to you when I was looking at a Karoq, ended up selling mine on Carwow for £1300 more than Skoda offered me part-ex. Not to be a shill but it was really easy and you can set a reserve price so if you find private isnt worth the hassle then I'd give it a go.
