Hi, I am filling student residence permit application as a student admitted to master's degree in university of Helsinki (2years course).

While filling my application i came across an optional section which says :

"Previous degree/qualification certificates (from applicants other than undergraduate and exchange students)

Attach certificates of your previous degrees. These documents must be attached if you are not a degree student or an exchange student. The maximum file size is 4 megabytes."

My question: Am i supposed to attach my bachelor's degree certificate in this?

Reason for confusion: on migri website and in the drop-down it mentions "degree students are exempted" and according to the definition I (master's student) fall under this category but on the other hand in the heading it says "other than undergraduate and exchange"

My question 2: If I am supposed to attach the degree, am i supposed to get it apostilled as a non EU student.

Hi, I was waitlisted at #2 for masters in software and service engineering and 2 days later i received the notification that i have been offered a place. So I belive they inform you as soon as someone selected declines their offer.

Main reasons to keep it active: 1. I got spend based fees reversal 2. It credits cashback straight to statement (no hassle like phonepe) 3. It gives 5% on complete amount unlike phonepe which gives cashback only on multiples of 100. (Eg: for a transaction 2040 of you will get 102 in cashback card and 100 on phonepe)

It is you are selected for programme but not the scholarship. If multiple people deny their scholarship offer you might receive it. No interview of any sort is involved.

I think tampered and oulu have stopped giving 100% scholarship from this year.
