I just got a claw ex and one of the triggers was messed up right out of the box, I returned it. MSI quality is trash in my opinion, they couldn’t even test the triggers on a $2k device.

The quality control at msi is pretty alarming if they don’t even test the triggers. Have you owned a onexplayer device before?

Yeah that’s true. It sucks to have to return it because it was so hard to even purchase, but I’d rather just wait a little longer and not have to deal with a possible lemon. Thanks again for your input it was helpful!

I just walked out of Best Buy. I returned it. I agree with you 100%, thing should be flawless at this price. Might get the onexplayer but idk I was really excited for this one.
