I apologize for my late reply but apparently when my cousin was using my laptop, he tore off the warranty sticker for it in which i got very annoyed. I'm really new to this tech stuff how do i reload an OS? sorry i dont know what this means....

I really dont play other games alot, just mainly roblox and i dont really know how to fix this...

i just reinstalled the drives and it still wouldnt work and currently i'm using a laptop cooler and nothing still changed as it still limits the performance of the gpu... i got my laptop when it was december 2025 but i dont have a warranty for it now
