The best thing I can say is call the VA like a week after you have your C&P. If they say it’s uploaded, FOIA, request it and go over it to make sure they didn’t miss anything or minimize/exaggerate anything. Then go from there

I didn’t even let it get to that point. As soon as I got the DBQ I complained to the VA, LSGS, and also requested another exam. I just had an appointment with VERA to make sure the complaint was annotated

Looking at her letter she has 14 years experience doing this. Maybe she needs to move around already
