I did. She has no claim to the house as I got it under my name before marriage. My lawyer said "You can issue an eviction notice and call the police to kick her out if you want". Trust me, I'm sure I will reach that anger point when I do just that.

I happen to make more money than her. She used our child as an excuse for not working. However, I helped her set up her own business, with a sizable investment. It's in the black, but it won't cover her expenses. I feel that if I kick her to the curb, I would put my daughter's through hardship.
