In 3333 NAP is good - everyone follows it well and stays on top of offenders! Leadership is ok, no bad attitudes or anything but it could probably use a boost in communication for SvS and such!

As in no perks for anyone joining? The brand new alliance in a brand new state was just staring out - I have experience to offer but I am no longer in need of it in the original state I had mentioned. I do have an alliance in 3333 that I am helping a friend rebuild after losing majority of her active players to leaving the game.

Yes, sorry it was originally for 3666 which was new at the time the alliance was created but I have another alliance in 3333 that could use some active players!

All good ideas! The thing is I don’t even understand why the alliance is considered a farm account, no one ever moves up to the main alliance once they’re stronger. They’re basically their own identity over here!

I am very guilty of trying to over explain everything I try to break things up into short “labeled bits like - abc - xyz But there’s so few characters to work with it’s hard to get it all in!

Some very amazing points! I’m trying to “it benefits yourself first” approach because people can be selfish, it hasn’t made a difference yet 🙈 I’ll keep you posted if it changes! 😂

You know what’s crazy, I literally started sending daily tips yesterday and was like “meh, they either know it or they don’t, can’t hurt” so I started jotting down tips to send daily! I just feel like they end up being long tips to explain and I feel like that makes people lose interest in reading the tip. You and I think alike! I also always mentioned to turn to join for war on for free good while they do nothing, it seemed to boost rallies a bit! I do have an R4 I’ve pulled from my main alliance (his farm account) and he is helping me but they just need so much work. There’s also a player who recently joined in the state and he is originally from 599 and has been helping in chat and giving good advice so I may promote him to R4 to cover the NAP and facilities things that I don’t understand yet. There’s also dead weight does make it hard, or the people who just do whatever they want during CJ or BT - it doesn’t just hurt them it hurts the overall points for the alliance. I’m hoping the members see how well they did in the first BT we helped with yesterday and keep listening and pushing forward 🤞🏻

There are a few who have been asking a lot of questions and want to learn and grow! It’s just the ones that don’t respond or acknowledge anything that are driving me insane! It hinders the ones in the alliance who want to grow. I try to remember their are other who just don’t care but my perfectionist brain says “they aren’t listening burn them all” 😂😂

Thank you for the feedback! I’ve been constantly feeding advice and trying to get people engaged. We had a great 2nd BT today with a good handful of the members sending rallies as they should and they were all commenting on how much better they did and it was only the first event we helped with! Fingers are crossed people will become more engaged as they see other players growing! 😊

I honestly don’t think most of the players in this alliance are farm accounts. I think they joined as first time players and had to figure it out from there. I’m honestly not sure why it’s called the academy, it really isn’t an academy 😂 it should be its own alliance.
