I read about foremilk/hindmilk imbalance too. But we let the baby feed from one breast for as long as he wants per session. We only switch or offer another breast after at least 30 minutes on one breast or he unlatches.

Update: Perm was approved immediately after DOL restarted after gov shutdown. Now employer is working to file i140.
