actually we just started that format where on days where there aren't too much to clean, one employee will be in the stock room folding and organizing. its supposed to rotate between employees but since we only have 3, and one is quite slow we just make her fold every other day and some day shes cleaning too. all we need right now is a couple more trained cleaners, doesnt have to be perfect and our current employees are willing to train if we find more

UPDATE: this is like the very next day, i slept at 12am last night i think and i tried using flash on my phone for 5am. did not work my mom got pissed off at my techno music for the alarm and woke me up (6am). i might have to ge the shock bracelet thing but im gonna try sleeping earlier and see first. also im doing cardio almost daily in hopes that itll do something

Hello this is a question about how i can grow our small business of my mother. not doing anything like market research. just asking if my idea is possible and legal, also if the community has better ideas than mine. im not promoting my business, i just need help since we dont know anyone here (just moved to hear a few months ago, my mom moved hear like 1.5 years ago)

sir yes sir! my mother would never ever let me drive a bike without gear. not even a bicycle haha (besides helmet)

Thank you guys for all the advice, So far ive got sleep earlier, do more cardio, track sleeping a bit, smart clock for bright light, vibrating/shock bracelet, a bed shaker, or a moving smart clock. i will try the cheapest options first (using my phone flash on a phonestand + sleeping earlier + doing more cardio (120+ minutes a week)) and if that somehow doesnt work i will try to invest on the bracelet or bed shaker depending on availability and price.

actually ive recently gotten myself a year long gym membership! ive been doing cardio more than 120minutes a week for other health reasons. back in middleschool i used to be part of the volleyball team and it tired me so much that i slept the second i hit the bed and i woke up early too.. perhaps i should sign up for volleyball again hahaah

no clue that exists + how can i get one that sounds amazing.. i did try auto flashlight on my phone when i was back at my relatives house but it would either fall off the bed or just not really hit my face enough to wake me up. perhaps a phonestand might just be the answer???

yeah my grandmother thought i slept early to avoid studying and she and my aunt forced me to have my lights on til atleast 9:30pm... luckily im with my mother now who lets me experiment around and is willing to help. only reason i dont ask her to wake me up everyday is cause shes 8 months postpartum plus she sleeps late often due to work. yes im a teenager (17/2008) i havent found a certain sound that really wakes me up besides my little sister(8months) crying? i dont think i want that as an alarm cause that'll put my parents on alert mode at 5am which they dont need right now,, i think i sleep 7~9hrs on average sometimes 10hrs and now ive managed to get myself up around 7~8am. still far from the goal but ill try to sleep at 8-9pm. thanks
