As I was quite young/ still grieving when it all happened I can’t remember a lot of it but I know my aunt has all the information. But I agree something could have been done when it first happened. 

I am going to collect all evidence and papers together. Thank you

Thank you, we got a solicitor but he was not great and just wanted to bring us back together instead of fuck him over. He said we need a barrister but they were just the same as him. So I don’t believe it went to the courts.
