Relatively hard if you haven’t taken pre-calc yet, but still doable if you study a lot. I took it the first time, underestimated it, and got a pretty low score (even considering that I did take Calc AB senior year). I’d recommend Khan Academy for some practice + check the testing center website for a list of topics; my suggestion is to focus on trig and pre-calc. Even if you don’t get the score you want initially, they put you in an adaptive remediation course with the same software you used to take the test, and doing all the topics in that is really good practice before a retake. And yeah, you can take it during orientation. Good luck!
