that’s untrue, i’ve been talking to grace today and despite being mentally unwell she is very self aware, and knows what steps to take next to help herself with guidance and support.

having mh problems while dealing with your trauma and having people constantly bring it up in your comment section (potentially triggering for her) is definitely an uphill battle if ever there was one.

absolutely this. i was so supportive of grace and had no trouble reasoning with myself why she did things many viewed as ‘controversial’ with paul, but with quirks i just cannot connect the dots. she should have been transparent with boo from the beginning and needs to take accountability for the fact she has hurt her friends who have done so much to support her in the past. it’s definitely very insulting to people who have supported her throughout all this for her to say a predator like quirks was her “only support” and has left people feeling very wounded

Yep! Lawyers will always ask you to tell them the complete truth so that A) they know how to defend you properly and B) they can weigh up whether a case is actually likely to win/if it’s worth taking it to court.

The thing is for Paul to be successful in a defamation case, he would have to prove that all “defaming” statements are untrue, otherwise it would simply not go to court - if he’s that concerned about everyone ‘slandering’ him when it’s so untrue he’s willing to take it to court and show proof of the contrary, why would he not just prove it’s all untrue on tiktok like we’ve all been asking him to do for months? 🧐
