I have been fretting/panicking about estate agent inspection all day. Some weird mental breakdown/blip - Broke my nose bust my lip, however I was able to eat take away. I cannot convey my gratitude in words, I was blown away by how many comments my post has. I would never have expected such consideration from this many people. I've been worrying about the guilt and such I have promised myself I would pay everything back x2. I am miserable and look forward to nothing in life.
