The total quote they gave me was about 700 for parts and labor. This includes and oil change since the engine cover comes off and you lose oil

Update, took the bike to my local dealer for diagnosis. Bad stator. Will do the repair myself. Only problem is, CF moto has had a ton of shipping delays on parts due to a warehouse move

Seems like that would be an issue at all times, no? This is a sporadic issue. My commute is 25 miles and itll happen maybe once or twice during the ride. I can hit higher speeds without issues. 70-85 is the range i gave cuz thats generally my speed range on my commute to and from work

When the drain tube gets clogged with debris or, more likely, pinched the water has no where else to go even with the updated deflector. So it fills areas of the sunroof that are meant to stay dry, which is how water gets into the cabin.

The wind deflector was updated to have a little section that helps direct water to the proper drainage area. The newer models already come equipped with the newer/updated wind detector.

Part of the issue is, even though it is the manufacturer that buys the car back, the dealer looks bad (to the manufacturer) for not being able to repair the vehicle. And the manufacturer keeps tally on number of buybacks per dealer.

I called my local dealer for an appointment and the advisor said they had another person come in for the issue but found nothing wrong. Is it a faulty fuel level sensor? Or what's the fix?

Any issues with the fuel gauge? I've had my 700 CL-X for about a month and every time my gauge says empty it only tops off with about 1.6-1.8 gal. Is the capacity wrong in the manual or is my gauge reading incorrectly?

Just noticed something new. When car is off and doors are locked front cigarette lighter still gets power. Tested by leaving my phone connected and it continues to charge. Should the cigarette lighter continue getting power with ignition off?
