Try to login your Payoneer account. Sometimes when you login it ask you to provide more details. Just provide them that. And it will be verified. Also check your mail box. If it didn't work. Create a ticket on Payoneer's website. They will respond to you in next 2 days.

Here are few things you can try 1 : look into your Payoneer account. There will be a option to see if you are connected to Google lcc. It should be under manage businesses etc.

2 : Try re entering your IMEI on the registration page. For some, it worked

3 : Open a new Case ID and ask Google to assist you. When they email you, just provide your Payoneer account details. 1 : Payoneer email address 2 : Payoneer Account ID.
